What are your clinic hours?

We are open six days a week with extended evening and weekend availability to accommodate your schedule:

Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. For flexible financing options, we offer third-party payment plans through CareCredit and Cherry Pay. Please note that our clinic does not provide direct in-house payment plans, and full payment is required at the time services are rendered.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?
While we operate primarily by appointment, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on our schedule. To avoid a wait or guarantee same-day care for your pet, please call or text our office before coming in so we can reserve a time for you.
How do I request a prescription refill for my pet?

You can easily request prescription refills Monday through Thursday using our online pharmacy partner, Vetcove. For immediate needs or urgent medications, we also stock a fully equipped in-house pharmacy at our clinic for direct same-day pickup.

  • Online Refills: Submit your refill request online via Vetcove (processed Monday–Thursday).
  • In-Clinic Pickup: Call our office directly to arrange same-day pickup for stocked medications.
What should I expect during my pet’s first visit?

We want your visit to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Your appointment follows three simple steps:

  • Front Desk Check-In: Our team greets you, confirms your contact and medical history details, and helps with any intake paperwork.
  • Nurse Evaluation: A veterinary nurse escorts you to a private exam room to take vital signs (weight, temperature, heart rate), review your pet’s lifestyle, and note any specific health concerns.
  • Veterinary Exam: Your doctor performs a thorough nose-to-tail examination, reviews findings with you in plain English, and works with you to design a personalized treatment or preventive plan.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes! We accept Pumpkin, Pets Best, and ASPCA Pet Health Insurance.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency veterinary services?

Our clinic can provide same-day care during our regular business hours, but we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital. If your pet experiences a medical emergency outside of our normal operating hours, or requires overnight critical care, we recommend contacting one of our trusted local emergency hospitals immediately:
